Job Description:

Blue Yonder, a global leader in supply chain and digital transformation solutions, is looking for a Test Engineer – Auto QA (Selenium & Java) to join its dynamic product development team in Pune. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of innovation, technology, and quality—ensuring that Blue Yonder’s advanced AI-driven solutions meet the highest performance and reliability standards. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automation frameworks that enhance product stability and accelerate delivery cycles.

As part of Blue Yonder’s collaborative engineering culture, you’ll partner closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to integrate automation testing throughout the software lifecycle. Leveraging technologies like Java, Selenium, Jenkins, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), you will design scalable automation suites and contribute to a continuous testing ecosystem. This is a hands-on role where your automation expertise and problem-solving mindset will directly impact the quality of mission-critical enterprise products used worldwide.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver aligned with TestNG frameworks.

• Integrate automated tests within Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines using Jenkins for rapid and reliable delivery cycles.

• Plan and manage test data, environments, and configurations to support end-to-end automation scenarios.

• Identify, analyze, and report defects; collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain and enhance hybrid automation frameworks (data-driven, keyword-driven, modular, POM-based).

• Work with QA, product, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes across the SDLC.

• Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing to validate system stability after releases.

• Apply automation design patterns and testing best practices to improve framework scalability and maintainability.

• Participate in Agile sprints, reviews, and retrospectives to align testing activities with delivery timelines.

• Continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and cloud-based solutions to improve automation effectiveness.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA.

• 3–5 years of experience in test automation using Selenium and Java for web-based applications.

• Strong understanding of Core Java concepts (OOP, collections, exception handling, etc.).

• Proven experience in creating and executing automation frameworks using TestNG or JUnit.

• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and test data management.

• Hands-on exposure to Jenkins for CI/CD integration and version control tools such as Git or Perforce.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or similar cloud testing environments is preferred.

• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with a focus on root-cause identification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement in automation practices.

Expected Salary:
