Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java to validate functionality across Blue Yonder’s cloud-based applications.

• Create and enhance modular and reusable automation frameworks based on Hybrid and Page Object Model (POM) structures using TestNG.

• Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams to seamlessly integrate automation testing into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins.

• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify defects, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

• Develop and manage test datasets to support varied automation scenarios and ensure full coverage of business use cases.

• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and implement corrective measures to improve test reliability.

• Ensure compliance with established QA methodologies, standards, and templates across the testing lifecycle.

• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives to align testing strategies with product goals.

• Utilize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to support cloud-based test execution and performance monitoring.

• Continuously research and implement new testing tools and strategies to enhance automation effectiveness.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, or MCA preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java on web-based applications.

• Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, and scripting design patterns for test automation.

• Hands-on experience with TestNG or JUnit, Hybrid automation frameworks, and BDD tools such as Cucumber.

• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries for test data validation and backend verification.

• Experience integrating tests within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, or Perforce version control systems.

• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments, particularly Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.

• A proactive attitude toward learning, innovation, and continuous improvement in testing methodologies.
