🎯 What You’ll Do as a Software Test Manager

As a key member of the CBS Americas division, you will lead and manage testing initiatives that power end-to-end delivery pipelines, ensuring software systems meet quality benchmarks and customer expectations.

✅ Your Responsibilities Include:

• Lead test projects and ensure adherence to time, budget, and scope commitments.

• Translate high-level business objectives into detailed test plans, strategies, and execution models.

• Manage cross-functional test teams, allocate resources, and oversee quality metrics.

• Mentor and support testing professionals, create growth pathways, and encourage team development.

• Oversee test strategy, risk management, planning, and execution for multiple projects.

• Act as a bridge between customer expectations and delivery capabilities.

• Champion process improvements, implement efficiency initiatives, and apply industry best practices.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving long-term success and satisfaction.

• Track progress, identify risks early, and develop mitigation plans.
