Job Description

As a Test Automation Lead at Accenture, you will spearhead the transformation of traditional testing into a continuous, intelligent, and end-to-end quality engineering function. Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient quality engineering function.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TOSCA Testsuite, guiding automation strategy and implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality processes, standards, and automation frameworks.

• Make and influence key technical and delivery decisions across teams and projects.

• Design, develop, and oversee execution of automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.

• Integrate automation practices into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.

• Mentor and coach junior team members to strengthen automation skills and testing best practices.

• Assess existing testing processes and drive continuous improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Provide solutions to complex testing challenges impacting immediate and extended teams.

• Ensure testing outcomes align with business objectives, delivery timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum 7.5 years of hands-on experience with TOSCA Testsuite in enterprise automation programs.

• Overall 5–10 years of experience in test automation and quality engineering roles.

• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

• Proven experience developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts at scale.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and take ownership of technical decisions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex testing scenarios.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams.

• Experience mentoring and upskilling team members in automation and quality practices.

• Educational qualification of 15 years of full-time education as required by the role.
