The Senior Engineer – Implementation Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring the quality and success of implementation projects. This role involves designing and executing QA processes, collaborating with project teams, and addressing quality issues during project implementation
Responsibilities
As a QA Implementation Engineer, I develop and implement robust QA strategies and processes to ensure project deliverables align with quality standards and business requirements. I design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases tailored to various implementation activities, including system configurations, integrations, and data migrations. Collaborating closely with project managers, developers, and key stakeholders, I proactively identify and resolve quality issues throughout the implementation lifecycle. I monitor QA metrics such as defect rates and test coverage, using data-driven insights to recommend and drive continuous improvement. By ensuring strict adherence to implementation processes and addressing any deviations promptly, I help maintain high-quality execution. I stay current with evolving QA best practices and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements to enhance testing effectiveness. Additionally, I provide mentorship and technical support to junior QA engineers, contributing to team growth and capability development.
