Job Description

Cognizant is a leading global professional services company, transforming clients’ business, operating, and technology models for the digital era. As an Analyst Trainee, you would be responsible for providing technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of their computer systems and IT services. This role involves close collaboration with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or allied streams (three-year full-time degree).

  • Graduation Year: 2022, 2023, or 2024.

  • Academic Performance: Consistent academic record with a minimum of 50% in X, XII, and UG.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and technology.

    • Open to Indian nationals only.

    • Candidates with BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BA, or B.Ed degrees are not eligible.

💰 Estimated Salary Range

Responsibilities

🧩 Job Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries.

Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems.

Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnosis and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.

Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving
