We are seeking a highly skilled Manual / Functional Test Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Functional Testing within the Finance/Investment Brokerage domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the finance and banking industry and a product-focused mindset. This role requires expertise in test planning, test execution, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to mentor junior test engineers.

Responsibilities
Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications. Test Execution: Execute manual tests, analyze results, and report defects to the development team. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, test engineers, and product managers to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for test optimization, implement best practices, and improve testing efficiency. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with teams. Team Player: Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating across departments. Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers and help them improve their automation skills.
