As a Software Engineer at UKG in Noida, you’ll be part of a dynamic team building software that powerfully supports people-focused solutions globally. You’ll write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across software applications, collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, and take part in debugging, testing, and optimizing for performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement clean, efficient code for software applications

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions

Debug, test, and optimize software to ensure robust reliability and performance

Maintain and contribute to technical documentation for projects

Participate in workshops, code reviews, and stay updated with emerging technologies

Show conceptual understanding of front-end and back-end components, especially microservices architecture

Support continuous growth through learning and adapting to evolving technologies and methodologies

Requirements & Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field

Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript

Solid grasp of core computer science principles—algorithms, data structures, software design patterns

Ability to work effectively within teams and communicate clearly

Conceptual understanding of both front-end and back-end (including microservices)

Growth mindset with adaptability, eagerness to learn, and ability to navigate evolving challenges

Internship or project experience in software development preferred

Familiarity with development tools and methodologies: version control (e.g., Git), IDEs, Agile workflows

Basic awareness of web technologies, databases, and cloud services

Expected Salary
INR 10 LPA – INR 16 LPA (Estimated range based on entry-level Software Engineer roles in similar tech companies in India; actual compensation at UKG may vary)
