The Role

We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – Python Developer.

As a Python Developer, you’ll be part of our engineering team building and maintaining high-performing applications. From designing backend components to debugging, optimizing, and integrating with APIs, you’ll contribute to creating scalable, secure, and business-aligned software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable Python code.

  • Develop backend components to enhance responsiveness and performance.

  • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

  • Debug, test, and improve functionality of existing systems.

  • Implement data protection and security solutions.

  • Assess, prioritize, and deliver on feature requests.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech) or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Python Developer.

  • Strong knowledge of at least one Python framework (Django, Flask, or Pyramid).

  • Experience with ORMs, APIs, and RESTful services.

  • Good understanding of CI/CD, TDD/BDD practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in teams.

  • Familiarity with data science, data visualization, and AI/ML concepts (a plus).
