👨‍💻 Role: Analyst – IT ServiceNow

As a ServiceNow Developer in the Analyst role, you will work on enterprise IT service management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. This is an entry-level opportunity for B.E/B.Tech graduates who aspire to build a solid foundation in IT operations, platform configuration, and digital transformation technologies.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

• Assist in gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve platform-related issues.

• Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts for ServiceNow modules.

• Support IT operations and service delivery using ServiceNow tools.

• Stay updated on platform updates, best practices, and innovations.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines).

• Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience (Freshers welcome).

• Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of ITSM platforms and concepts.

  • Understanding of ServiceNow, cloud services, or IT infrastructure.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
