🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.

  • Create detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.

  • Execute manual test cases across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.

  • Perform regression, functional, UI/UX, and integration testing.

  • Collaborate with development, product, and design teams.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Assist in reviewing automation test results (where applicable).

  • Contribute to continuous QA process improvement.

🛠 Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing.

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with bug tracking/version control tools (Jira, Git).

  • Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

💪 Good to Have:

  • Foundational knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman.

  • Exposure to scripting/coding concepts (Java, Python, JavaScript).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

  • Basic API/database testing knowledge (SQL).

💰 Salary Expectations:
Based on market data (Glassdoor, PayScale, etc.), typical salaries range between ₹6,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum depending on experience and skill set.
