Job Description

• Functional knowledge of CB UAE Payments & Clearing systems and flow. • Domestic and International payments hands-on knowledge. • NPSS, PACs messages, MT to MX messages. • Mobile Device testing. • Merchant POS terminal machine testing. • FIGMA flow verification testing. • UI / UX Testing. • QR code testing.” “• Testing Design and execution activities and ensure all scope BR’s testing as per plan and in scope items. • Attending DSM and Defects Triage meetings via Calls. • Sharing Daily execution tracker analysis by coordination with team & Sharing of consolidated defects sheet. • Ensure test execution plan on track as per agreed plan. • Highlighting and doing follow-up for Testing team concerns. • Coordination with multiple stake holders and vendors for fixes. • JIRA Management. • Addressing emails & Follow-up. • Arranging calls within teams to align on progress or blockers. • Testing team activities monitoring and support. • Highlighting foreseen challenges. • Updates to the TCoE Management. • Coordination with peers and should be available in Mobile, MS teams. • Adhering as per UAE time and Holiday calendar. • Getting clarification of functionalities & follow up for Signoffs.”

Responsibilities
Test payment and clearing systems, including CB UAE flows, NPSS, PACs, and MT to MX messages. Run mobile device testing to ensure apps work perfectly for users. Test merchant POS terminals and QR code functionalities for seamless transactions. Verify UI/UX designs using FIGMA flows to ensure a smooth user experience. Design and execute test plans to cover all business requirements and scope items. Join daily stand-up meetings (DSMs) and defect triage calls to stay aligned with the team. Track testing progress and share daily execution reports and consolidated defect sheets. Keep the test execution plan on schedule and flag any concerns early. Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and peers to resolve issues and secure fixes. Manage tasks and defects in JIRA, ensuring everything’s documented clearly. Handle emails, arrange team calls, and follow up on progress or blockers. Support and monitor testing team activities, stepping in where needed. Provide updates to the Test Center of Excellence (TCoE) management. Seek clarifications on functionalities and follow up for sign-offs. Stay available via mobile and MS Teams for quick communication. Adhere to UAE time zones and holiday schedules for seamless collaboration.
