Job Description:

The UI/UX Design Intern role at EY offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of design, technology, and innovation within a global consulting environment. As part of EY Studio+ under the Digital Engineering team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design user-centric digital experiences for global clients. In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire product design lifecycle, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Use design tools such as Figma to develop prototypes and visual design assets.
• Participate in ideation sessions, contributing creative solutions influenced by emerging technologies.
• Support the development of on-screen content aligned with branding and project objectives.
• Present design concepts and ideas effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct basic research on industry trends, user behavior, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Assist in designing user journeys and improving usability and accessibility of digital products.
• Explore front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand implementation aspects.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Design, Art, Animation, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles, including usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
• Ability to visualize ideas through sketches, wireframes, or digital mockups.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design ideas effectively.
• Curiosity to learn emerging technologies like AI-driven design, AR/VR, and digital innovation.
• Understanding of design thinking methodologies and agile workflows is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.

Expected Salary:

For a UI/UX Design Internship in India, the stipend typically ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on the company, project exposure, and candidate skills.
