Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data pipelines for large-scale data ingestion, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

• Evaluate model performance using rigorous statistical and experimental methods, identifying risks, biases, or inaccuracies in AI systems.

• Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production or research environments.

• Present complex technical concepts, experimental findings, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Maintain detailed documentation of experiments, datasets, methodologies, and outcomes to support internal knowledge sharing.

• Prepare technical reports and research summaries that may contribute to publications or core product development.

• Apply best practices in model governance, reproducibility, and responsible AI development.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related technical discipline.

• Strong hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying AI or ML models with demonstrable results through projects, research, or publications.

• Proficiency in Python programming with experience using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Solid foundation in advanced mathematics and statistics, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.

• Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for handling large datasets.

• Understanding of MLOps principles, including experiment tracking, model versioning, and deployment workflows.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is considered an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a research-driven mindset focused on innovation and problem-solving.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.

Expected Salary
