About the Role
Virtusa is hiring a Quality Manager (KPO β Ads) to lead and drive quality excellence across its business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the organizationβs quality objectives, deploying process improvement strategies, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services. This is a leadership role where you will play a critical part in implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, enabling continuous process improvement, and ensuring measurable outcomes that impact the business positively.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor quality frameworks that maximize efficiency, reduce defects, and improve client satisfaction. Your work will not only involve problem-solving and risk assessment but also mentoring and training QA teams to build a culture of quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Quality Leadership: Drive organizational quality initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals and client expectations.

Process Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities, deploy process enhancement strategies, and demonstrate measurable results using Lean Six Sigma principles.

Team Management: Lead and motivate the QA team to achieve operational excellence, providing training and mentorship to enhance skill levels.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust quality management plans, including risk-based testing strategies and prioritization.

Performance Monitoring: Track quality metrics, analyze trends, and recommend corrective/preventive actions for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with functional heads, project managers, and clients to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Coverage Optimization: Ensure high test coverage and quality control for all deliverables, reducing rework and improving efficiency.

Communication & Reporting: Deliver clear, persuasive reports and presentations to management on quality initiatives and performance results.
Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Engineering, Management, or related discipline.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in a KPO or Ads operations environment.

Expected Salary (India Market)
π° Salary Range: βΉ18 β βΉ28 LPA
(The exact package depends on experience in process improvement, Six Sigma certification level, and leadership exposure in KPO/Ads operations.)
