We are looking for a Test Automation Lead to spearhead the transformation of testing into a continuous, intelligent, and efficient quality engineering function. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, integrity, and predictive testing capabilities by leveraging cutting-edge automation tools, methodologies, and frameworks.

As a Test Automation Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement end-to-end quality processes, drive automation strategies, and adopt innovative testing approaches for scalable enterprise applications. You will play a key role in mentoring teams, optimizing automation coverage, and ensuring seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines. Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end quality engineering transformation with modern automation tools and methodologies.

• Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Selenium, API Testing, and Mobile App Automation.

• Define test strategies and ensure predictive, intelligent testing practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide solutions for complex automation challenges.

• Manage and mentor QA teams to enhance technical skills and domain expertise.

• Take ownership of critical testing decisions and drive alignment across multiple teams.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing.

• Ensure continuous improvement in quality processes, reporting, and defect management.

• Contribute to innovation in automation with tools, frameworks, and advanced testing practices.

• Support CI/CD integration, ensuring efficient test execution and faster release cycles.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field).

• Experience: 5–10 years in test automation, with minimum 5 years of hands-on Selenium experience.

• Strong expertise in Selenium, API Testing, and Mobile App Automation.

• Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills in QA environments.

• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers to elevate team productivity.

• Good to have: Experience with performance testing tools.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical mindset.

Expected Salary

The average salary for a Test Automation Lead in Hyderabad ranges between ₹14 LPA – ₹22 LPA, based on experience and expertise in automation.
