Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications to validate business workflows and user experience.

• Design, execute, and maintain automation test suites using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks.

• Conduct REST API testing using tools such as Postman to validate integrations and data flows across systems.

• Execute load and performance testing for APIs using JMeter to assess scalability, reliability, and response times.

• Create and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data aligned with Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure complete test coverage and sprint alignment.

• Log, track, and manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution and re-validation.

• Generate test metrics, execution reports, and quality dashboards to communicate project status and risks.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Hands-on experience in manual and automation testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, flows, and Service Cloud features.

• Proficiency in REST API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.

• Experience with load and performance testing methodologies and tools such as JMeter.

• Practical experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks for web applications.

• Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience working in Agile teams.

• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
