As a Trainee Software Engineer, you will be trained and guided in Java Full Stack development, working on both frontend and backend technologies. Roles & Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Java Full Stack development concepts, covering both frontend and backend programming.

• Understand and implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and data structure fundamentals.

• Gain familiarity with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Work on frontend basics including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, alongside backend fundamentals such as Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.

• Collaborate with teams to develop RESTful APIs and web services, ensuring seamless system integrations.

• Use version control systems like Git for source code management and collaborative development.

• Apply knowledge of multithreading and software design patterns to build efficient applications.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and reviews.

• Assist senior engineers in debugging, testing, and optimizing software for performance and scalability.

• Maintain clear technical documentation and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc acceptable).

• Academic performance of 70% aggregate or higher, with eligibility for candidates from the 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches.

• Strong foundation in Java programming, OOP concepts, and data structures.

• Basic knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.

• Familiarity with databases and SQL queries; exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus.

• Knowledge of version control tools like Git for collaborative development.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web service architecture.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach challenges logically.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with eagerness to learn from peers and mentors.

• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with a focus on continuous growth and self-learning.
