Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with solution architects and senior developers to break down business requirements into scalable technical designs and application features.
• Develop and implement high-performance, resilient, and scalable applications using full stack technologies and microservices architecture.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance by following best practices and conducting thorough testing and validation.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards across development teams.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, providing regular updates and escalating issues when necessary.
• Act as the owner of demo content, ensuring that application features are properly demonstrated and validated.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and problem-solving.
• Work closely with onsite and offshore vendor teams, clearly communicating requirements and expectations.
• Support leadership and act as a backup for development leads when required.
• Mentor junior developers, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure consistent development practices across teams.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in full stack development, making this role suitable for freshers and early-career professionals.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, including web development frameworks and APIs.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern application design principles.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex development challenges.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced development environment.
• Basic knowledge of databases, version control systems, and cloud technologies is an added advantage.
