Roles & Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors and solution architects to break down large business requirements into manageable technical features and development tasks.
2. Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack applications and microservices that support enterprise-level business operations and customer-facing platforms.
3. Build high-performance front-end and back-end solutions that deliver seamless user experiences while maintaining system reliability and scalability.
4. Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, debugging, and adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
5. Develop secure, resilient, and maintainable code that supports long-term application stability and future enhancements.
6. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to solution design decisions that align with organizational technology goals.
7. Manage competing project priorities effectively while providing regular progress updates, risk assessments, and issue escalations when necessary.
8. Act as the owner of software demonstration content, ensuring features are properly showcased and accepted by stakeholders.
9. Facilitate communication between development teams, business units, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
10. Support large-scale development initiatives by coordinating with multiple teams across different business functions and geographical locations.
11. Mentor junior developers by sharing technical knowledge, reviewing code, and promoting engineering best practices across teams.
12. Serve as a backup for development leadership when required and contribute to team success through collaboration and technical expertise.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MIS, or a related technical discipline.
2. Minimum of two years of relevant experience in full-stack application development involving both front-end and back-end technologies.
3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
4. Experience developing scalable web applications using modern programming languages, frameworks, and software engineering practices.
5. Knowledge of microservices architecture, API development, and distributed systems concepts used in enterprise software environments.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
8. Familiarity with software architecture principles, application security standards, and performance optimization techniques.
9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software that meets business and customer expectations.
10. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced development environment.
11. Experience participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative software development projects.
12. Proficiency with common productivity tools, development platforms, and modern engineering workflows used in enterprise technology teams.

Expected Salary

The expected salary for a Full Stack Developer I at FedEx India generally ranges between ₹10 LPA and ₹18 LPA, depending on technical expertise, development experience, problem-solving abilities, and interview performance.
