AutoRABIT is seeking a highly driven and curious Software Engineer to join its growing engineering team in Hyderabad. AutoRABIT is a global leader in DevSecOps for SaaS platforms like Salesforce, enabling enterprises to streamline release management, version control, and backup & recovery with unmatched scalability and automation. Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern development frameworks.

• Work on backend services, API integrations, and web application components to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical implementations.

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code aligned with best practices and software engineering standards.

• Participate in peer code reviews, contribute to design evaluations, and resolve technical conflicts through root cause analysis.

• Debug and troubleshoot application issues across environments and work proactively to prevent recurring problems.

• Use version control tools such as Git to ensure structured development, code reviews, and collaborative workflows.

• Continuously explore new technologies, contribute to process improvements, and adhere to internal security and compliance standards.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 2–3 years of experience in software development with hands-on expertise in Core Java (OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading basics).

• Practical knowledge of Spring Boot for building RESTful applications and backend services.

• Basic understanding of web technologies including REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).

• Strong analytical thinking, debugging ability, and a solution-driven mindset.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team-focused development environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to relational databases and SQL queries.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, or iterative development practices.

• Basic experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito.

• Internship or academic project experience in Java-based application development.

Expected Salary

AutoRABIT offers a competitive compensation package, with the salary for this role positioned at ₹13 LPA for candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
