🎯 Role Overview

As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be an integral part of an international Agile software development team. Your primary mission is to ensure software quality by designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to enhance usability and reliability across web and mobile platforms.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution: Review requirements, prepare detailed test scenarios, and execute manual test cases against web and mobile applications (Android/iOS).

• Defect Management: Isolate, reproduce, log, and track defects in JIRA, using X‑ray for test case management; verify fixes and regressions.

• GUI & UX Validation: Perform comprehensive UI/UX testing across different browsers and operating systems; leverage Chrome DevTools to troubleshoot layout and behavior issues.

• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Participate in Agile rituals—requirements grooming, daily stand‑ups, sprint demos—and work closely with developers to communicate bugs, ideas, and improvement concepts.

• Release Support: Validate deployments, smoke‑test new releases, and ensure production readiness.

• Continuous Improvement: Propose usability enhancements and process optimizations to elevate the end‑user experience.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of hands‑on manual testing experience, ideally in the gaming or iGaming domain.

• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

• Proven expertise in writing and designing comprehensive test cases and test plans.

• Experience testing across multiple OS platforms and mobile devices (Android & iOS preferred).

• Proficiency with JIRA and X‑ray for defect tracking and test management.

• Solid knowledge of web browsers, HTML/CSS basics, and Chrome DevTools for debugging.

• Good communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with deployment processes and production validation.
