Job Description:
WTW is offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring actuarial professionals through its 2026 Actuarial Analyst Graduate Program within the Insurance Consulting & Technology (ICT) division. This program is designed to give early-career talent the chance to gain hands-on experience in actuarial consulting, insurance pricing, reserving, and capital management. As part of this program, you will work alongside industry experts and senior consultants, gaining exposure to real-world client projects and learning how to apply technical and analytical skills to solve complex insurance-related challenges.

As an Actuarial Analyst (Engineering), you will not only work on data preparation and analysis but also contribute to automating processes, improving workflows, and developing innovative solutions that drive efficiency for clients. Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Support project teams by performing reserve studies, pricing analysis, and capital management tasks for insurance clients.

  2. Prepare and validate data sets, ensuring accuracy and completeness for actuarial modeling and analysis.

  3. Develop and deliver automated solutions that streamline reserving, pricing, and capital management processes.

  4. Collaborate with consultants to determine data requirements, perform follow-up data collection, and populate complete information sets.

  5. Work with proprietary actuarial software solutions, building a strong understanding of their functionality and applications.

  6. Draft initial reports and analysis summaries for review by senior analysts and consultants.

  7. Participate in cross-geographical project teams, building relationships with colleagues across global offices.

  8. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for efficiency and recommending solutions.

  9. Assist in drafting proposals, preparing client presentations, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.

  10. Maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

  12. Actively engage in professional learning, actuarial exam preparation, and internal training programs.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical discipline. Final-year students are encouraged to apply.

  2. Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with at least one scripting language such as Python, SQL, or C#.

  3. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a passion for problem-solving and logical thinking.

  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and modeling tasks.

  6. Willingness to pursue actuarial science qualifications and make steady progress through actuarial examinations.

  7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  8. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.

  9. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

Expected Salary:
Graduate Actuarial Analysts at WTW in India can typically expect a starting salary in the range of ₹6,00,000 to ₹9,00,000 per annum.
