👨💻 Role Overview – What You’ll Do
As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at Sprinklr, you will play a crucial role in automating, testing, and securing our highly scalable SaaS platform. This is not your typical QA role — you will build test frameworks, drive innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Design and develop test automation libraries and frameworks

Maintain platform health with robust validation and monitoring checks

Drive quality-focused initiatives across teams

Collaborate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and release planning

Work alongside developers, designers, and product managers to ship quality releases

Advocate for customer-first development and innovation
📌 What You Bring – Your Skills and Qualifications
✅ Education: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
✅ Coding: Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium
✅ Tools: Experience using Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, or similar
✅ Databases: Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, or other modern DBs
✅ Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
✅ Testing Experience: Experience with microservices-based architectures
✅ Mindset: Strong problem-solving ability, independent ownership, and a customer-centric mindset
