Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end test automation strategies for UI and API-based applications

✅ Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to create robust test plans and acceptance criteria

✅ Automate integration and regression testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks
-
✅ Identify gaps in test coverage and build scalable automation frameworks from scratch

✅ Develop and maintain test suites aligned with continuous integration pipelines for fast, reliable deployments

✅ Review code and participate in Agile rituals such as sprint planning, story refinement, and demos
-
✅ Create performance test strategies and execute validation for highly responsive and available systems

✅ Mentor junior engineers, contribute to process improvement, and promote test-first and shift-left principles

✅ Act as a quality advocate, ensuring that all features meet the highest standards before going live

✅ Perform exploratory testing when needed and escalate critical issues proactively
Requirements & Eligibility

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

🧪 Proven experience in test automation frameworks for UI and API testing

💻 Expertise in programming for test development (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python)

🔧 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Jenkins, Git, and Selenium

🧠 Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices

🌐 Ability to validate user interfaces across mobile, web, and portals using automation tools

🚀 Experience with continuous integration, delivery pipelines, and test data management

💬 Strong communication and collaboration skills; capable of mentoring and code reviewing

🔍 Ability to analyze logs, identify bugs, and debug application-level issues

Expected Salary for This Role
