Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement new software applications that meet customer and business requirements.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to refine design, architecture, and product functionality.

• Debug and resolve issues in existing software applications with precision and speed.

• Monitor and analyze application performance, quality, and user experience, implementing improvements when needed.

• Ensure product reliability and scalability by developing optimized backend logic and APIs.

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.

• Continuously research new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance product development.

• Take ownership of end-to-end features—from requirements to deployment.

• Engage in the continuous improvement of existing products and internal development processes.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

• 1–4 years of experience in software development or programming.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.

• Experience in developing web or cloud-based applications using modern frameworks.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD practices.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.

• Exposure to databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
