Job Description

Sanmina is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Programmer Analyst to support and monitor B2B applications within a global 24×7 environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and uninterrupted functioning of critical business systems, including tracking system activities, addressing alerts, resolving issues, and providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders. As a Programmer Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, analyze trouble tickets, and maintain communication excellence across stakeholders. You will gain exposure to Oracle-based environments, core programming languages, and corporate-level B2B application processes. This role is ideal for professionals with foundational development skills who are looking to build a strong career in application support, enterprise systems, and IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and support B2B applications as part of a 24×7 support model, ensuring uninterrupted system functionality and stability.

• Perform daily monitoring of SI 5.2 and Oracle system alerts, evaluating system health and initiating corrective actions where necessary.

• Process and analyze BP error reports, track B2B support email requests, and act according to defined standard operating procedures.

• Manage weekly processing of 830 EDI reports every Monday and Tuesday, reviewing accuracy and notifying users of data or system errors.

• Track, evaluate, and action trouble tickets assigned to the B2B team by performing first-level analysis and gathering relevant information.

• Provide strong customer support to both internal business users and external partners, ensuring timely issue resolution and professional communication.

• Maintain proactive monitoring and documentation to strengthen the reliability of B2B integration systems and internal processes.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in B.E, B.Tech, or MCA with specialization in Computer Science or related technical field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Java or Oracle application development.

• Solid technical foundation in:

  • C, C++, Core Java, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle

• Ability to troubleshoot application issues logically and perform basic root cause analysis.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support customer interactions and ticket progress updates.

• Ability to work in a rotational or 24×7 support environment, maintaining responsiveness and accuracy in issue handling.

Expected Salary

The typical salary range for a Programmer Analyst with 1+ years of experience in Chennai generally falls between ₹4.2 – ₹6.5 LPA. Candidates with hands-on B2B support experience, Oracle troubleshooting skills, and strong problem-solving capabilities may receive higher compensation.
