Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications, including frontend user interfaces and backend services.
- Implement features within the software development lifecycle while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members, project leads, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Design and optimize scalable systems that handle high transaction volumes securely and efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of applications, supporting innovation and scalability.
- Ensure applications meet security, performance, and usability standards.
- Work with modern frameworks and tools to build responsive and accessible web applications.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Requirements & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in full stack software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript.
- Experience with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Knowledge of backend development using technologies such as Node.js or Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and development methodologies.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills to handle complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with GraphQL or similar technologies is a plus.
