NatWest Group is currently hiring a meticulous and quality-focused Testing Analyst to join its growing technology team in Chennai. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of digital banking services by maintaining the highest quality standards in software testing and deployment. As a Testing Analyst, you’ll be involved in end-to-end testing processes that include system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing, all contributing to seamless and secure financial products for customers.

✅ Experience Required
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Experience: 2+ years in software testing, including functional and non-functional testing, with exposure to financial or enterprise applications.

Technical Skills:
Solid grasp of testing principles, QA methodologies, and defect management.
Familiarity with SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
Knowledge of various testing types—performance, load, security, and compatibility testing.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment.

✅ Estimated Salary (Industry Standard)
Monthly Range: ₹80,000 – ₹1,25,000

Annual CTC: ₹9.6 LPA – ₹15 LPA
(May vary based on experience and negotiation.)

Responsibilities
Execute system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, and escalate issues found during testing, following up for resolution or workaround. Support and contribute to creating test plans, test strategies, and execution schedules. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test environments are properly set up and functional through smoke and sanity testing. Review project documentation to understand scope, requirements, and test objectives. Provide suggestions for process improvement and participate in governance forums to enhance software quality. Work with developers and business analysts to validate requirements and ensure test coverage. Use SQL for data validation and test case preparation from relational databases. Support performance testing, security testing, and compatibility testing as required.
