GE Vernova: Graduate Engineer Trainee

GE Vernova’s Power Conversion & Storage division is looking for a passionate and driven Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Learning & Development. As a GET in L&D, you’ll play a vital part in shaping learning journeys that empower teams and enhance performance across departments. Roles & Responsibilities

• 📚 Assist in the design and development of engaging training materials and modules

• 🗓️ Support planning, coordination, and scheduling of virtual and in-person training sessions

• 🧑‍🏫 Help facilitate workshops, onboarding programs, and webinars for new and existing employees

• 📊 Track and analyze training attendance, feedback, and program effectiveness data

• 🔍 Conduct research on industry best practices in learning and development

• 📑 Prepare detailed reports and presentations on training outcomes

• 🤝 Collaborate across departments to identify learning gaps and recommend tailored solutions

• 💻 Assist in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)

• 📂 Provide logistical and administrative support to the L&D team

Requirements & Eligibility

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering

• Strong interest in employee development and instructional design

• Proficiency in MS Office tools – Word, PowerPoint, Excel

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Familiarity with digital learning platforms (like LMS or LXP) is a plus

• Creativity in training content design and a proactive mindset

• Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
