Freshworks: Business Analyst

About the Role

Join Freshworks as a Business Analyst within the Revenue Operations team, where you’ll act as a critical link between internal sales operations and business teams. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Tech teams to ensure data integrity, workflow efficiency, and issue resolution. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where ownership, analytical thinking, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Address internal sales team tickets daily and resolve issues/disputes within SLA

• Support backend operational workflows for process continuity

• Prepare weekly/monthly analytical reports with actionable insights and recommendations

• Audit and maintain data quality across internal systems

• Develop deep expertise in internal sales policies, processes, and product knowledge

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

• Provide first-level technical support to internal users and sales reps

• Flag recurring issues to product and tech teams for long-term resolution

• Collaborate with sales/technical teams to enhance process effectiveness

• Guide junior team members as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or any analytical field

• 1–3 years of professional experience in data management, market research, or related roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

• Prior CRM platform experience is a plus

• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and adaptability for ad-hoc business needs

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and willingness to work across departments

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Estimated Salary Range

💰 INR 6.5 LPA – INR 11 LPA
