As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Ford, you will work closely with architects and product teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack software solutions, taking ownership of both front-end and back-end components.

• Implement and optimize RESTful web services using Spring Boot on GCP cloud platforms.

• Design and enhance UI/UX interfaces with Angular, Vue, Prime NG, AG Grid, and Sync Fusion.

• Collaborate with software architects to define architecture directions and technical solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Integrate ORM frameworks for efficient data management and database operations.

• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple software modules.

• Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Java/J2EE development.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST Web Services, and cloud-based deployments (GCP preferred).

• Solid knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular, Vue, Prime NG, AG Grid, and Sync Fusion.

• Familiarity with ORM frameworks for database integration.

• Exposure to agile software development methodologies and collaborative team environments.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and deliver projects on schedule.
