Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Python-based automation frameworks using tools like Selenium. Indeed

• Oversee architectural design of automation solutions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and high reliability.

• Mentor and guide a team of test engineers, fostering growth through structured reviews, knowledge sharing, and leadership.

• Define and enforce best practices in test automation across code quality, coverage, and process efficiency.

• Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous delivery.

• Analyze test results for critical insights, identify patterns, and drive improvements in test strategy.

• Advocate for automation-first culture, influencing teams to adopt modern testing tools and methodologies.

• Track metrics and KPIs to demonstrate the impact of automation in quality, cycle time, and defect rates.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 8–12 years of experience in test automation, especially with Python and Selenium.

• Proven track record in leading automation teams, architecting frameworks, and mentoring engineers.

• Strong knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Pytest, with ability to define formal test cases.

• Hands-on experience testing SOAP and REST services, with solid understanding of SOA architecture.

• Proficiency in Oracle databases and SQL, enabling robust backend validation.

• Sound grasp of agile methodologies, including active participation in Scrum ceremonies

• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Fluent (B2+) English proficiency.
