The position requires deep expertise in manual end-to-end testing and proficiency with industry-standard test management and defect tracking tools such as SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, and Jira. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design effective test strategies. Leveraging test metrics and reporting dashboards, you will provide data-driven insights that improve testing efficiency and product quality. Basic programming knowledge to support automation and scripting efforts is expected, ensuring a balanced approach between manual assurance and automated validation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive testing of web applications covering functional, performance, and security aspects.
   Ensure all releases meet established quality standards.

2. Execute manual end-to-end business process assurance testing.
   Validate complete workflows and identify integration gaps.

3. Develop and implement effective test strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
   Align testing activities with business and technical requirements.

4. Utilize SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, and Jira for defect tracking and test management.
   Ensure timely documentation, tracking, and resolution of issues.

5. Generate and analyze test metrics and reports to provide actionable insights.
   Support data-driven decision-making for quality improvements.

6. Support automation initiatives by scripting repetitive test tasks.
   Improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort where feasible.

7. Participate in test planning, effort estimation, and risk assessment activities.
   Ensure thorough coverage and optimized testing timelines.

8. Provide detailed test reports and feedback to development teams.
   Facilitate continuous process improvement and defect prevention.

9. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
   Address user-reported issues and ensure smooth release transitions.

10. Maintain updated testing documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
    Promote transparency and standardization in QA processes.

11. Stay informed about evolving testing tools and methodologies.
    Recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in web application testing.
   Strong focus on manual and automated testing techniques.

2. Proficiency in SNOW, RALLY, HP ALM, and Jira.
   Demonstrated experience in defect lifecycle management.

3. Strong understanding of end-to-end business process testing.
   Ability to validate complex application workflows independently.

4. Solid knowledge of test metrics and reporting methodologies.
   Experience in generating quality dashboards and insights.

5. Basic programming skills to support automation and scripting efforts.
   Familiarity with automation frameworks is advantageous.

6. Experience in the claims domain is preferred.
   Understanding of industry-specific testing requirements adds value.

7. Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
   Ability to function effectively within Scrum teams.

8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
   Capability to quickly identify and resolve testing gaps.

9. ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level – Test Analyst certification is required.
   Demonstrates commitment to professional QA standards.

10. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work model.
