Job Description

As an RPA Trainee at ASSA ABLOY, you will be part of a forward-looking automation team focused on transforming business operations through intelligent automation. Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and designing business processes suitable for automation initiatives.

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows using the ASSA ABLOY automation platform.

• Deploy and configure RPA components such as bots, robots, development tools, and logging utilities.

• Support the rollout, stabilization, and maintenance of RPA solutions in production environments.

• Create and maintain process documentation and end-user guides for deployed automations.

• Ensure automation quality by following defined QA processes and testing standards.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Leads, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.

• Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements to automation solutions.

• Continuously update technical knowledge of RPA tools, platforms, and business processes.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.

• Understanding of SQL and relational databases for data handling and validation.

• Familiarity with application development concepts and system testing fundamentals.

• Basic knowledge of process analysis, process design, and implementation methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to learn new technologies and automation tools.

• Good communication skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, international work environment.

• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with an interest in RPA and automation careers.
