Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces

Work on real-time design tasks for mobile and web platforms that reach millions of users

Contribute to creating design systems, iconography, and micro-interactions

Utilize and explore AI design tools to boost productivity and creativity in design workflows

Design visuals with motion, responsiveness, and user interaction in mind

Maintain consistency of brand identity while pushing boundaries of visual design

Receive mentorship and feedback from senior design professionals to elevate your skills

Requirements & Eligibility
A strong portfolio that showcases your visual design skills across UI, graphics, or digital interface design

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (experience with motion tools is a bonus)

A creative mindset with attention to detail and color, typography, and layout fundamentals

Willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt in a fast-paced, AI-first environment

Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team

Open to remote or hybrid work (Bangalore-based candidates preferred for hybrid setup)

Fresh graduates, final-year design students, or self-taught designers with a strong portfolio are welcome

Expected Salary / Stipend
💰 INR 20,000 – INR 35,000 per month (Estimated range for visual design internships at top-tier Indian startups like ShareChat; full-time offer post-internship may be significantly higher)
