As a Trainee Engineer, you will assist in complaint handling, quality assurance, and regulatory support activities, while developing a strong conceptual understanding of industry standards and GE’s quality systems. Roles & Responsibilities:

Support complaint handling processes to ensure timely investigation, resolution, and documentation of product-related feedback.

Assist Quality & Regulatory teams in maintaining compliance with healthcare industry standards and internal quality systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products in the installed base remain safe, effective, and compliant.

Participate in reviewing and improving documentation for regulatory submissions and audit readiness.

Help identify trends in product performance data and contribute to proactive quality improvement initiatives.

Work on tasks involving risk assessment, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and product lifecycle monitoring.

Gain exposure to project management practices through task planning, coordination, and progress tracking.

Maintain accurate records of investigations, reports, and quality performance metrics as per GE’s compliance requirements.

Develop a strong understanding of GE HealthCare’s product portfolio, processes, and global quality systems.

Requirements & Eligibility:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any specialization) from an accredited university.

0–1 year of experience, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or quality-related function.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify root causes and recommend improvements.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Familiarity with project documentation, quality control concepts, and data analysis tools.

Basic knowledge of engineering principles related to product design, manufacturing, or testing.
