Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support complaint handling processes to ensure timely investigation, resolution, and documentation of product-related feedback.

• Assist Quality & Regulatory teams in maintaining compliance with healthcare industry standards and internal quality systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products in the installed base remain safe, effective, and compliant.

• Participate in reviewing and improving documentation for regulatory submissions and audit readiness.

• Help identify trends in product performance data and contribute to proactive quality improvement initiatives.

• Work on tasks involving risk assessment, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and product lifecycle monitoring.

• Gain exposure to project management practices through task planning, coordination, and progress tracking.

• Maintain accurate records of investigations, reports, and quality performance metrics as per GE’s compliance requirements.

• Develop a strong understanding of GE HealthCare’s product portfolio, processes, and global quality systems.

• Adhere to GE’s core values of integrity, transparency, and accountability in every assigned task.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any specialization) from an accredited university.

• 0–1 year of experience, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or quality-related function.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify root causes and recommend improvements.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Familiarity with project documentation, quality control concepts, and data analysis tools.

• Basic knowledge of engineering principles related to product design, manufacturing, or testing.

• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute tasks independently with attention to detail.

• A proactive learner who shows curiosity about regulatory frameworks and medical device quality systems.

• Strong sense of accountability and adherence to GE’s values of humility, trust, focus, and integrity.

Expected Salary:

The average salary for a Trainee Engineer at GE HealthCare in India ranges between ₹4.5 LPA and ₹6 LPA, depending on educational background, performance, and skill proficiency.
