Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, and maintain software solutions for enterprise products while following established engineering processes and standards.

  • Work across all phases of software engineering projects, from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, and validation.

  • Establish requirements for less complex design initiatives and deliver results to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Participate in system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput, stability, and program consistency.

  • Develop, validate, and execute test frameworks to monitor services and platforms with minimal manual intervention.

  • Perform end-to-end testing of data ingestion pipelines, transformation processes, and data validation scenarios.

  • Conduct data quality testing by running database queries and validating results against expected outcomes.

  • Analyze test results, identify defects, determine root causes, and log issues clearly for resolution.

  • Build and enhance automation frameworks to support continuous integration and continuous deployment goals.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for new projects while reviewing and improving existing documentation.


Requirements & Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, suitable for early-career professionals.

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, or test automation roles.

  • Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, with hands-on experience in languages such as Java.

  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium and Robot Framework, along with test strategy and artifact creation.

  • Ability to review data models, mappings, and architectural documents to design effective system integration test plans.

  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries and using databases for data validation and comparison.

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Ruby, or JavaScript for automation tasks.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, Jenkins pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
