Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data-driven solutions and analytical models based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Work with tools like Power BI and data science platforms to create dashboards, reports, and predictive models for business insights.
• Build and test prototypes, run simulations, and validate models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in real-world scenarios.
• Perform impact analysis, stress testing, and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks and improve system performance.
• Integrate various data sources and software components to create scalable and fully functional analytical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, debug systems, and enhance existing solutions for better performance.
• Provide timely support to clients by resolving defects, addressing queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintain proper documentation of models, processes, and design changes to create a knowledge repository for future reference.
• Generate regular reports, including weekly and monthly status updates, ensuring transparency and adherence to project requirements.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to optimize solutions and reduce costs.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in analytics and programming concepts.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of data science techniques, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting is mandatory for this role.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques to build effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance practices in data-driven projects.
• Ability to work with simulation tools, engineering models, or analytical platforms to solve technical problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and upskill continuously in a fast-changing technology environment.
