As a QA Automation Engineer at Virtusa, you will be responsible for implementing automation solutions using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Maven, and Cucumber. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 7–12 years of experience in software testing and automation.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Java programming and experience with Selenium WebDriver.

    • Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and test frameworks like JUnit and Cucumber.

  • Testing Methodologies:

    • Strong understanding of various testing methodologies, including Behavior Driven Development (BDD), regression, integration, unit, and performance testing.

  • Tools & Technologies:

    • Experience with application performance monitoring tools like Prometheus, Dynatrace, and Datadog.

    • Exposure to BlazeMeter and JMeter for performance testing.

  • Cloud & CI/CD:

    • Knowledge of AWS Cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
