Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the performance testing phase from specification to design, preparation, execution, and closure.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts and assets, ensuring reusability across release activities.
Execute component and system-level performance tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Work with a distributed team of developers, DBAs, and SMEs to identify and resolve performance issues.
Provide detailed performance test reports tailored to different audience levels.
Set up monitoring using APM tools like AppDynamics, DynaTrace, and Grafana.
Integrate performance testing with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud technologies.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively, ensuring smooth delivery.
Contribute to team activities and continuous improvement efforts
