As a Developer Associate, you will be an integral part of an agile development team, collaborating with experienced professionals to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

  • Work on both backend and frontend components using technologies such as Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

  • Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and agile processes to support collective team success.

  • Analyze and resolve issues in new and existing codebases, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, demonstrating a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputed institution (Class of 2024 or later preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

  • Proficiency in Java programming language.

  • Basic knowledge of web application development and familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, REST APIs, or ORM.

  • Understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus.

Soft Skills:
