About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Business Analyst to join our fast-paced and mission-driven team. In this role, you will work closely with the offline Sales team to improve market execution, sales KPIs, distribution performance, and sales operations.

As part of a small, agile, and entrepreneurial setup, you will not only analyze and optimize sales performance but also take ownership of claim management, inventory tracking, stock ageing, and stock movement. You will play a pivotal role in sales process optimization, BTL activities, and driving operational excellence that aligns with Yogabars’ growth mission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the offline sales team to enhance market execution and sales KPIs.

  • Drive sales process optimization by designing and improving workflows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

  • Manage claim management, inventory tracking, stock ageing, and stock movement.

  • Improve distribution efficiency and BTL (Below the Line) sales activities.

  • Track and analyze long-term sales data, trends, and market insights to enable informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate with leadership to implement new tools, technologies, and analytics solutions that support sales operations.

  • Provide operational and analytical support to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.

  • Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for senior management.


Candidate Profile

  • 🎯 Experience: 3–6 years in Sales / Business Analysis within the FMCG sector (mandatory).

  • πŸ“Š Strong expertise in sales operations, analytics, and KPI tracking.

  • πŸ› οΈ Proven experience in distribution management & BTL activities.

  • πŸ“¦ Solid understanding of inventory management and stock movement.

  • πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’Ό Leadership and management capabilities with strong organizational and planning skills.

  • πŸ’‘ Ability to implement new technologies to improve sales performance.

  • πŸ“ˆ Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
