Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform system configuration, customization, and maintenance for automation tools and applications under the guidance of senior engineers.

  • Assist in the installation and deployment of development and integration tools across various environments.

  • Support cloud-based solutions by learning and working with AWS and Azure technologies to resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Participate in data analysis and migration activities, leveraging ETL processes to ensure smooth and accurate data transitions.

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for software updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of applications.

  • Provide client support and documentation, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges and adherence to SLAs.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional, multicultural teams to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.

  • Contribute to internal tools and process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing development workflows.

  • Maintain progress reports, communicate effectively with project stakeholders, and ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Commit to learning new technologies and development practices through continuous self-improvement and internal training programs.


Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline with a CGPA of 7.0 or higher.

  • Strong foundation in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or SQL.

  • Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and MS SQL Server.

  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and eagerness to deepen technical cloud expertise.

  • Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and multiple Linux distributions.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional, and culturally diverse teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with peers, clients, and mentors.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for project or training requirements when necessary.

  • Commitment to professional growth, continuous learning, and adherence to Rockwell Automation’s hybrid working model.
