PTC is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Solutions Engineer to join their team in Bangalore. This entry-level role involves training in PTC's software solutions, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the implementation of technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers and clients to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Development:

    • Undergo comprehensive training in PTC's software solutions.

    • Develop a deep understanding of product functionalities and applications.

  • Client Engagement:

    • Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their technical requirements.

    • Assist in designing solutions that align with client needs and PTC's offerings.

  • Solution Implementation:

    • Support the deployment and configuration of PTC solutions.

    • Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer support.

    • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team growth.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 0–2 years of experience in a technical role or related field.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Familiarity with software development and implementation processes.

💰 Estimated Salary Range

  • Monthly Salary: ₹41,000 – ₹58,000

  • Annual CTC: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA
