👩‍💻 Role Overview: Business Analyst – Wealth

We are looking for data-driven, first-principle thinkers who are passionate about uncovering insights through analytics and contributing to high-impact business decisions. This role goes beyond dashboards—you’ll influence strategies, guide critical product choices, and engage directly with leadership.

🧠 What You'll Do

• Define and track critical metrics for the wealth product vertical.

• Collaborate across product, business, and engineering teams to turn real-world problems into data-led solutions.

• Perform deep-dive analytics using large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.

• Present data-backed narratives and recommendations to internal stakeholders—including senior leadership.

• Design and maintain dashboards with high usability and scalability.

• Act as the analytics subject-matter expert for your pod.

📌 What We’re Looking For

• 0.5 to 3 years of experience in business/data analytics

• 2025 graduates with relevant internships can apply

• Strong SQL skills (you should be able to work with multiple datasets)

• Proficiency in Excel and any BI tool (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.)

• Familiarity with R/Python is a plus

• Solid understanding of business logic and ability to question the status quo

• Strong communication skills: you can turn data into a compelling story

• Experience or exposure to building ML models is a bonus
