Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute comprehensive test strategies at feature and system levels.
   Ensure alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.

2. Perform manual and automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
   Deliver high-quality releases within Agile and Scrum environments.

3. Review functional and non-functional requirements for clarity and testability.
   Provide actionable feedback to improve overall software quality.

4. Develop and maintain automation frameworks using C#, SpecFlow (BDD), and scripting tools.
   Enhance regression efficiency and streamline repetitive validation tasks.

5. Integrate test automation within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and YAML configurations.
   Ensure smooth build validation and continuous deployment workflows.

6. Execute performance, load, reliability, and functional testing across diverse scenarios.
   Validate robustness and stability under real-world usage conditions.

7. Troubleshoot source code issues with basic understanding of C++ for unit test interface validation.
   Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical defects.

8. Contribute to AI-based product validation by preparing datasets and verifying AI model metrics.
   Ensure data-driven healthcare solutions meet accuracy standards.

9. Document test plans, test cases, and detailed reports.
   Maintain transparency and traceability of testing activities.

10. Support design changes by assessing potential quality impacts and implementing mitigation strategies.
    Safeguard product integrity during enhancement cycles.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
   Strong academic grounding in software engineering and testing methodologies.

2. Proven experience in C# automation and SpecFlow with BDD framework.
   Ability to design scalable and maintainable automation solutions.

3. Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes using Jenkins and YAML files.
   Hands-on experience in pipeline configuration and troubleshooting.

4. Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting for automation support.
   Capability to create scripts that enhance build and deployment workflows.

5. Understanding of C++ to troubleshoot source code and unit test interfaces.
   Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.

6. Experience in executing functional, performance, load, and reliability testing.
   Knowledge of performance validation techniques is highly desirable.

7. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
   Experience participating in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
