Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts for software applications to ensure comprehensive coverage.

• Collaborate with software design teams to define verification protocols and testing requirements.

• Analyze software applications to identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and potential defects.

• Review bug reports and provide insights to prioritize problem areas and enhance application stability.

• Conduct automated load and performance testing using specialized tools to optimize system performance.

• Design and install databases required for testing applications, ensuring data integrity.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation tools, refining test procedures for efficiency.

• Document test results and create detailed quality reports for internal and client review.

• Mentor junior QA team members and share best practices to foster a high-performing automation culture.

• Continuously evaluate and integrate new testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to improve QA processes.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Management, or Business Administration.

• 6+ years of experience in IT quality assurance and software application testing, with 3+ years in automation scripting.

• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, including MSSQL Server and Oracle Server.

• Proficiency with automation testing frameworks and load testing tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Familiarity with software development life cycles, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies.

• Ability to design efficient automated test procedures and troubleshoot complex application issues.

• Experience with cloud-based testing environments and modern QA tools is a plus.

Expected Salary:
The expected salary for a QA Test Automation Engineer in Bengaluru ranges from ₹12,00,000 to ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, technical expertise, and certifications.
