🧪 What You'll Do at NTT DATA

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and execute robust test automation frameworks and test suites

• Optimize existing manual and automated test cases across platforms

• Conduct load and stress testing using enterprise-level automation tools

• Interpret test results and create detailed test coverage and defect reports

• Participate in reviews of requirements, architecture, and system designs

• Support fellow QA engineers as an automation expert and mentor

• Manage complex test environments including virtual and simulated setups

• Identify integration issues and work with developers to resolve them

• Validate unit test coverage and contribute to continuous testing efforts

✅ What You Bring

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, TestComplete, SpecFlow or similar tools

• 3+ years coding in one or more languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript

Preferred Skills:

• Deep understanding of test automation design and CI/CD pipeline integration

• Proficient in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Gherkin syntax

• Experience with Cucumber or similar testing frameworks

• Leadership experience and cross-functional team collaboration

• Knowledge in mobile test automation is a plus

• Passion for innovation, quality, and learning
