🔍 Job Overview

We are hiring an Engineer who will act as the technical SME for DataRobot deployments, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML model operationalization. If you have a solid background in Azure, Kubernetes, MLOps, and DataRobot, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge AI products at enterprise scale.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for DataRobot’s AI platform integration and management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.

• Onboard & migrate existing SAS models and DataRobot Prime v6 (Python) models to DataRobot v8+.

• Ingest and monitor LST reports, generate metrics, and match Power BI dashboards with DataRobot outputs.

• Upgrade DataRobot from v8 to v11 on Azure (AKS).

• Configure essential Azure services: AKS, ADO, networking, and storage.

• Resolve container issues, propose scalable architecture, and ensure robust deployment pipelines.

• Provide training, documentation, and best practices to internal teams.

• Operate within the Shield process, using Jira for managing PreDev, PostDev, Prod, and RTx environments.

✅ Required Skills

• ✅ Primary: Kubernetes (AKS preferred)

• ✅ Secondary: Azure DevOps, cloud platform configuration

• ✅ Hands-on expertise with DataRobot in large-scale deployments

• ✅ Working knowledge of Azure Cloud, containers, and networking

• ✅ Python programming + experience with SAS model ingestion

• ✅ Familiarity with model performance monitoring and Power BI visualizations

• ✅ Jira workflow knowledge and experience with agile/enterprise environments

• ✅ Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., banking, finance)

• Familiarity with U.S. Bank Shield process or equivalent governance frameworks

• Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps, and model governance
